I, CAROLINE KERSCHNER (the artist):- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
- I retain all copyrights over the - commissioned artwork. You're not allowed to resell in any kind of medium, including making a NFT.
- I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
- I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books, if the costumer allows it.You (the customer/commissioner):
- You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels and give the credits.
- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, making NFT's, etc.)
- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist’s) consent.
- You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
- You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. The license to the commissioned artwork may be purchased at any point – contact me for info.

WORKFLOWJust after you ask me for an art commission, I follow a workflow according to each type of solicitation. It can be slightly different depending on the situation. I ask for a description and images references if you have.- When I start, I make a rough sketch from your idea and the previously sent images references. You approve it or/and ask for modifications. Right before I send you, I ask for 50% of the payment. If the amount it's up to 100$, I ask for all the amount.
- After you answer me, I do the changes that you asked and move to the linework and flat colors phase. In that part, you can ask for modifications too, but it can’t be anything so structural, otherwise it’ll cost some extra.
- I finish the work with lights, shadows and other detailing in full coloring/rendering.
- Once the work is done, I send you the last 50% payment request and when I receive the payment confirmation, I send you the final piece.
- The final image will be in high quality at 300 DPI as well as a print version with bleeding and cut space if the costumer ask for. The format can be discussed.
- In that phase, I don’t accept modifications, since the work is done. If you want to modify something, I’ll ask you for a fee that depends on how complex the solicitation is.
- The deadlines for each phase depends on the complexity of each project and it will be discussed with the client. It can take 1 week to 1 month.

PAYMENT- I have base prices for each category that can change depending on the project.
- I accept payment by PayPal and Payonner.
- The payments will be done in the stages descripted above and the client will receive notifications.

COMMUNICATION- I try to fully understand the project and mantain a good communication with the client!- I don’t usually work or contact the customer on weekends but I do if it’s needed.
- Commission info and the files related to them are exchange by e-mail preferably, so it can keep their qualities.
- I can maintain chats and messages exchanges in Reddit, Discord or Instagram.

CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY- The client is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.
- If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
- If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
